Prepper Basics
 
1.B.O.B. bug out bag or 72 hour bag (survival items that you may need) Including : clothes, matches, basic hunting and fishing supplies.
2.Firearms of several calibers with at least a fiew hundred rounds each.
3.a surplus of food and water (enough for entire group)
4.a good knowledge of survival and outdoor expierience(all the gear in the world won't help you if you don't know how to use it)
5. First Aid (both knowledge and a good first aid kit or medical supplies) any medications or prescriptions you may need.
6.Items for barter or trade(silver,gold,coins,amunition,alcohol,tobacco and other tangible items)
7. various fuels(diesel, gasoline with fuel stabilizer,kerosene,propane, ect).
8. various rechargable batteries with charger(preferably solar)
9. several good flashlights and lanterns ( keep several different types around that use various fuels and batteries that way you have more flexibility)
10. A good Network of fellow preppers to form a supply and safety network
Possible Doomsday Scenarios
 
1.Terrorist Attack
2.E.M.P. (Electro Magnetic Pulse) caused by Solar flares or man made
3.Major collapse in economy
4. Large natural disaster
5.Invasion of adversarial countries or forces.
6.Complete government take over (Marshall Law)
7. Destruction of Infrastructure.
Effects of Doomsday
 
1.Looting

3.Starvation and hunger to the masses
4.mass migration
5.No utilities(isolated areas of the country may have some utilities)
6.Economic disaster( the American Dollar loses all or most of its value)
7.Medical care and prescription medications will be non exsistant and will be highly controlled
